I am writing to express my interest in the recently vacant IT Service Agent position at Crown Perth.
I perused the job requirements, and I am glad to state here that they match perfectly with my
experience and technical expertise.

I am a recent postgraduate of Edith Cowan University with a Master of Management of Information

Systems. I also received my Bachelor Degree and other associate diplomas in Software Engineering with
second class lower (2.2) from Sheffield Hallam University, England, UK.

I am very analytical and am very passionate about mining through data, processors, resolving technical
issues and taking core information to come up with the best alternative for business challenges and

For the last 6 years, I have been an integral part of some major IT Projects as a Project Executive in a
consultancy firm of a government university and held some academic roles in vocational university in Sri
Lanka as well. During this time, I have demonstrated an ability to perform sufficiently, consistently, and
repeatedly the whole range of functions associated with the post of an IT Service Agent and IT project
related matters, but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct business and system analysis work

• Lead software and process design changes
 Excellent knowledge of ITIL Framework

• Develop an in-depth insight into the issues and data challenges of client’s organization
• Provide expertise on the systems limitations/capabilities as they relate to the business goals
