ABSTRACT

The Position Paper of Organizational Management of Three (3) Students

Instead of Grouping/Seminars for ANCOC Students was initiated by me, when I
realized that PME students can learn how to make decision making easier, improve
the analytical quality of decisions, decrease the time required to make decisions and
increase the frequency of correct decisions.
I distributed survey for & interview military personnel about my position paper
and gather information related to my topic and the result of my survey gathered
reveals that PME students it will encourage each member to strive harder and to
study their topic more intensely.
This position paper shall be a ready reference and can used by person
in the future. Any suggestion indicated herein shall be submitted to the Non-
Commissioned Officer School for further review.
