• Approve the number, location, and status of each office within each district and approved leases for office
space. Resulting in the closure of underperforming offices and a savings of $1M in annual capital
expenses.

Directly responsible for overall operation of 22 Retail Chain Stores located in Central and West Florida, Georgia
