INFERENCE

It is observed from the above table that the maximum percentage of


employees which is 39 falls under the category of 29-30 yrs of age. The minimum
percentage of employees which is 18 falls under the category of above 35 yrs of
age. From this it is inferred that the maximum number of employees are more
flexible in the organization and want to take up more challenging work.

INFERENCE

It is observed from the above table that the maximum percentage of


employees which is 35 falls under the category of 6-10 years of work experience
of employees. The minimum percentage of the employees which is 8 falls under
the category of below 1 year of work experience. From this it is inferred that the
maximum number of employees have more work experience.

INFERENCE

employees which is 32 falls under the category of 6-10 months of work
experience of employees in this company. The minimum percentage of the
employees which is 12 falls under the category of above 15 months of work
experience in this company. From this it is inferred that the maximum number of
employees have work experience between 6-10 months in this company as it is a
new start-up.
