As we enter into the month of April, things are very busy for our seniors and their families. This letter
contains important information for all seniors and their parent/guardians concerning the graduation
ceremony.
On April 1-4, 2019, at 8am onwards we will have graduation practice at _________________ In
order to participate in the graduation ceremony, each student must be present at graduation practice. This
practice should last no longer than 4pm if all goes well. Graduation will be on April 5, 2019 (Friday),
at 1:00 pm at ___________________ Students who have completed all the requirements needed by the
school will be allowed to participate in the commencement ceremony.
We are looking forward to a very meaningful graduation ceremony that will commemorate the school
career of a very productive senior class. Therefore, the integrity of the graduation ceremony is something
we hold in high regard. It is our goal to provide an atmosphere of honor and reverence for all of our
graduates and their families.

In order to fulfill this goal, we are asking that both parent and students refrain from bringing any foreign
objects into the gym that may disrupt the ceremony. Items such as: noise makers, sharp objects, and
gadgets etc. are not allowed. Security will be very strict concerning this matter and we would regret any
embarrassing consequences which might occur for your family in our school. Please, be sure to discuss
this issue with your graduate along with the importance of complying with all school rules.
In addition, the dress code for the commencement ceremony will be strictly enforced and no graduate
