Current problem

At nextgen the auditing process takes too long due to a crude building energy audit process.

Project objective

The objective of this project is to study the current Building energy audit process, find inefficiencies, and
incoherent procedures, and use Lean/Kaisan methodologies to streamline the energy audit process. This
would result in a Technical Manual to help new Auditors in the:

 Pre-Audit Phase
 On Site Audit Phase
 Post-Audit Phase
