EMCEE SCRIPT CARAGA EDUCATION LEADERS ASSEMBLY

MARCH 19, 2019

CALL TO ORDER
RANDY: Good morning ladies and gentlemen, we are about to begin the Caraga
Education Leaders Assembly so please find a seat and make yourself
comfortable.
PROGRAM
KRING: Leadership is not purely about directing your team to do the given tasks.
Most importantly, one needs the heart to sympathize and empathize with
the people he/she serve.
RANDY: This 2019, we are more than lucky to jumpstart this year with an assembly
that is impressed on the importance of leadership skills in the academic
sector to bring forth quality graduates in basic education.
KRING and RANDY: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Caraga Education Leaders
Assembly!

KRING: May we all stand as we pay tribute to our national flag through the singing
of the Philippine National Anthem with Bayugan City Educators Chorale.
RANDY: And please remain standing for the doxology and singing of Caraga Hymn.

KRING: Thank you, we may now be seated.


RANDY: Wow, I am immensely honored to be part of this momentous event as our
leaders in the public education sector gather today, recognizing the
enormous role of education leaders as public servants in honing the
lifelong learning skills of the learners. How about you, Ma’am Krystel. How
do you feel?
KRING: Sir Randy, I feel the same way. This assembly of education leaders is what
we need as we address the challenges in improving the quality of life of our
learners. So let us start for I believe everyone is excited. For the
acknowledgment of participants, please welcome, the Officer-in-charge of
the Office of Schools Division Superintendent of Surigao City, DR.

RANDY: Thank you, Ma’am. The Schools Division Superintendent of the Schools
Division of Surigao del Norte will give her welcome remarks. Ladies and gentlemen, a

KRING: Thank you, Ma’am! Now, let us all be entertained by a welcome dance to
be given to us by the Special Program in the Arts Dance Company of
Surigao del Norte National High School! A round of applause, please!

RANDY: Thank you! At this point, let us welcome the Regional Director of the
Department of Education in the Caraga Region, FRANCIS CESAR B.

KRING: Thank you. Today is a special day because the mother of the Department
of Education is gracing our event. For the introduction of our Keynote

RANDY: Distinguished and honored guests, may I give you, the Secretary of the
Department of Education, SECRETARY LEONOR M. BRIONES. Shall we all

RANDY: Thank you. This education leaders’ assembly has just started.
KRING: The spirit of unity towards ensuring the quality of education of our learners
is indeed among our participants. May we invite everyone to please stand
for the community singing to be led by the Assistant Schools Division
Superintendent of the Schools Division of Surigao del Norte, LAILA F.

RANDY: and that was just the first part of our Caraga Education Leaders Assembly!
I am really glad today, Ma’am Krystel for we have not just met the Secretry
but we also got to see the excited faces our very dear leaders in the Caraga
Region.
KRING: You are right, Sir Randy. And this afternoon, we will have the breakout
sessions which for sure will enhance more the leadership skills of everybody. This has
