and in consideration of the sum of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND (P17,000.00)
PESOS, Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by GRESTER JOHN A.
FERNANDEZ, married, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of 10 San
Agapito St, Laurel, Cordon, Isabela, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge, have sold, transferred and conveyed, as by these presents do
hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely unto said GRESTER JOHN
A. FERNANDEZ, his heirs, executors and assigns that certain Motor Vehicle
described below:

heirs, executors and assigns in the property herein conveyed against the
lawful claim of all person whomsoever;

And further that the registration certificate for the said Motor Vehicle
be transferred in the name of the Vendee by virtue hereof and in the manner
provided by law.
