Subject: Invitation to the League of Local Planning and Development Coordinators of the
Philippines, Inc. (LLPDCPI) 30th Annual National Convention on March 11-15, 2019,
in Naga City, Camarines Sur

Dear Colleagues in Local Planning and Development Service,

This year, 2019, marks another milestone for the League of Local Planning and Development
Coordinators of the Philippines, Inc. (LLPDCPI), as we celebrate our 30th Annual National
Convention—a pearl celebration, indeed.

With the theme “Green Growth: Funnelling Initiatives toward Sustainable Development”, it is vital
as we cascade our efforts in the attainment of a common goal that is sustainable growth, as we aim to
enhance our capabilities and increase our capacities as planners and development coordinators/officers of
our respective localities.

In this regard, we would like to invite you, your technical personnel, and other functionaries as well, in
your local government unit, to the 30th Annual National Convention on March 11-15, 2019, at Villa
Caceres Hotel in Naga City, Camarines Sur. Registration for each attendee is ten thousand pesos
(P10,000.00). The event will be hosted by the LLPDCPI-Camarines Sur Chapter.

The National Convention, aside from the updates and expertise from the resource persons, it will also be
an avenue to discuss our issues and concerns, as well as, share our experiences and insights pertaining to
our mandates.

Together, as agents of change and drivers of local development, we will muster for inclusive green
growth not just for us, but also for the generations to come. The sessions that were carefully organised
are expected to meet our event’s objectives.

On the upcoming pearl celebration, we look forward to strengthening our League, working solidly for the
members’ common interests, while maintaining the dignity of the organization, as we continue to serve
our LGUs and the citizenry.
