Homemade Jollibee Chicken Joy Recipe

Ingredients

2 kilos chicken, your choice cuts


salt and pepper
cooking oil for deep frying

For the breading:

1 cup all-purpose flour


1 cup cornstarch
1 Tbsp. five spice powder or ngohiong powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. fine salt, adjust if necessary
eggs is optional
Instructions

Put the chicken pieces in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Rub and press each chicken with
the salt and pepper so all the pieces is evenly coated.

Next, to make the breading, in a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, five spice powder, garlic
powder and salt.

Stir the dry ingredients using a fork until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Heat the oil in the deep fryer or deep frying pan for about 175°C.
Coat a piece of chicken with the breading inside and out. Coat underneath the skin as well.

Do it by pressing each chicken with the breading then shake off excess breading and fry it.

Depending on the size of your fryer and the size of your chicken, you can put 4 to 5 pieces per
batch.

Just don’t overcrowd the fryer to avoid the fried chicken to become soggy and loose it’s crispiness.

Cook it for about 15 to 20 minutes in medium fire.


Put the chicken in a paper towel or a rack to drain the excess oil.

Serve with your favorite gravy. Enjoy!

Coffee Jelly Recipe

Ingredients

1 pack Unflavored Gelatin (Mr. Gulaman)


2 tablespoon Coffee (instant)
¾ cup Sugar
1 pack Condensed milk (250 ml)
1 pack All-Purpose Cream (250 ml) or Heavy Cream
1½ liters Water

Instructions
Dissolve the gelatin in 1½ liters of water (or follow instructions on packaging).

Bring to a boil until fully dissolved, then add the sugar. Remove from heat.

Stir in the instant coffee and dissolve thoroughly.


Transfer in a shallow container to spread about 1 inch thick. Set aside.

When the gelatin sets, cut into cubes.

In a a separate container, blend the all-purpose cream and condensed milk.

Add the gelatin and refrigerate.


Serve chilled.

Homemade Mango Crushed Grahams Float

Ingredients:
Ice Cream Mango Flavor
2 pcs mango slice cubes
1 evap. milk
1 condense milk
1 pack of crushed grahams

Instruction:

Lagyan ang konting condense milk ang baso. Then lagyan din ng konting crushed grahams, ice
cream at slice mangoes and evap. milk.

Ulitin lang ang unang procedures then lagyan ng slice mangoes at condense milk sa ibabaw as
toppings.

Easy Mango Float Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups of mangoes (thinly sliced)


Graham crackers 1 box
Crushed Graham 1 tbsp
1 can all purpose Nestle cream
1 can condensed milk

Instructions

In a rectangular Glass baking dish, arrange 8 to 10 pieces of graham crackers, then set aside.
Chill the Nestle for 30 minutes cream then whip the Cream in a bowl.

Fold the whipped cream with condensed milk, then Mix well.

Then on the layered crackers on the bottom, spread the milk and cream mixture.
Then spread out the thin sliced mangoes evenly on top of the cream.

Make another layer of graham crackers; spread the cream and mango slices. You can do lots of
layers if you want.

Garnish top layer with mango and sprinkle the crushed graham.
Chill the Mango Float for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving.

Lumpiang Shanghai Recipe

Ingredients

1 kilo of ground pork


½ cup of minced onions
1 cup of minced carrots
3 pieces of eggs
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
¼ cup minced parsley
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Lumpia wrapper (for wrapping)

Instructions

Combine ground pork and all ingredients. Put two eggs to provide sufficient moisture. Mix thoroughly
until desired consistency is achieved.

Set aside, covered, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Meanwhile, separate the lumpia wrapper individually.


Wrap 2 tablespoons of the lumpia mixture in a piece of lumpia wrapper. Seal it using egg white or
beaten egg.

Continue to do so with the rest of lumpia mixture in the bowl.

Deep fry each lumpia in a pan filled with cooking oil for 10 minutes or until lumpia turns golden
brown.

Remove lumpia from the fryer and set aside to allow cooking oil to drip. Put into a serving plate with
sweet and sour sauce.

Serve at labanan ang gutom!

Chicken Adobo Recipe


Ingredients

2 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces


4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 to 2 cups water
¼ cup cooking oil
2 medium-sized potatoes, diced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 pieces dried bay leaves
½ tablespoon white sugar
Salt & whole peppercorn

Instructions

1. In a bowl, marinade the chicken with soy sauce and garlic for 1 to 3 hours.

2. Heat a pan then place cooking oil.

3. When the oil is hot enough, fry the marinated chicken. Cook until all portions are golden brown.
Set aside once fried.

4. In the pan, pour in water and remaining marinade then bring to a boil.

5. Add the chicken, dried bay leaves and peppercorns. Simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is
tender.

6. Add potato, salt and sugar then simmer for 5 minutes.

7. Add vinegar and stir then remove from heat.

8. Serve hot & enjoy!


Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

½ kilo small shell or elbow macaroni


¼ tsp. oil
Italian dressing (optional)
½ cup sliced stuffed olives
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 white onion, grated mayonnaise.

Cooking Instructions:

In a large pan, boil water and add 2-3 drops of oil.


Put macaroni and cook for 7 minutes or until al dente.
Drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again.
Put in a bowl, Moisten with Italian dressing and add sugar, if desired, Toss lightly.
Add olives, celery, onion, and mayonnaise, Toss.
Cover and chill before serving.
