Dear Sir,

In continuation with the phone talk we had on 23-08-2016, we invite you to deliver a lecture on "Practical Aspects
of Generators in Hydro and Thermal Power Plants" to our EEE I, II, III and IV year students. We are planning to
conduct this guest lecture on 10-09-2016 (2nd saturday) from 10:45 AM to 12:30 PM (with lecture of 1 hr 30 min
duration and question-answer session of 15 min).

The details of the remuneration are as mentioned below:

Honorarium = 2000 Rupees
Conveyance expenses = 500 Rupees
Total = 2500 Rupees

Please give the confirmation at the earliest.

Further to the earlier communica on regarding guest lecture at your college, I would like to inform you
that, due to emergency office work, I will not be available at Hyderabad on “10-09-2016”. So, I could deliver
lecture on either ‘06-09-2016’ or 25 days later (i.e last week of September posi vely) .

Accordingly, you are requested to confirm the possibility of preponement or postponement of the
programme.
