Applying a Standard Receipt

Step Action
1. Begin by navigating to the Receivables Balances work area.

Click the Navigator menu.

2. Click the Receivables Balances link.

3. Use the Receivables Balances work area to view payment information and process
receipts.
4. Click the Manage Receipts link.

5. Use the Manage Receipts page to search for and display receipts.
6. Click the Operator list.

7. Click the Equals list item.

8. Click in the Receipt Number field.

9. Enter the desired information into the Receipt Number field. Enter a valid value e.g.
"5559".
10. Click the Search button.

11. Click the 5559 link.

12. Use the Manage Receipt page to review and update a receipt.
13. Review the recommended customer transactions for receipt application in the
Recommendations region.
14. Click the Expand button.

15. Click the Transaction: 10120 row header.

16. Click the Accept button.

17. Transaction 10120 appears in the Application tab.

18. Update the amount of the receipt to apply to a transaction.

Click in the Applied Amount field.

19. Enter the desired information into the Applied Amount field. Enter a valid value e.g.
"500.00".
20. Click the Save button.

21. 500.00 of receipt 5559 is applied to transaction 10120.


22. You have successfully applied a receipt to a transaction.
