Ramel: Sta. Rita Elementary School Commencement Exercises are about to begin. We
expect the Commencement Exercises to last approximately 2 hours so before we
begin this ceremony, let me remind you to turn your cellphone to silent mode and be
courteous around you by refraining from talking aloud during the presentation of
graduates. We encourage you to express your pride by applauding and cheering.
II. INTRODUCTION
Cherry: Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Graduation day is always a day of
rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of an educational journey and the
commencement of another more uncertain and more difficult part of man’s quest for
a better life and future. Truly, signifies the culmination of many years of hard work in
the relentless pursuit of knowledge, knowledge that will enable a person to embrace
opportunities and to take challenge with clear vision and purpose.
Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year 2018-
2019. Friends, welcome to the ___ Commencement Exercises of Sta. Rita Elementary
School.
Ramel: with so much cheer, let us laud the graduates as they march towards the
venue.
Cherry: At this time, let us welcome the candidates for Graduation for School Year
2018-2019. This batch is composed of 2 sections namely Grade VI Venus headed by
Mr. Nestor E. Vengua, Master Teacher I, and Grade VI Mars headed by Ms. Rhea E.
Ermita, Teacher II together with their proud parents.
Ramel: Let us also welcome the highly esteemed members of the academic
community led by the dynamic and supportive Public School District Supervisors, Mdm.
Connie Atrero Peñaloza, the epitome of empowered man and a great school leader,
our very own School Principal II, Sir Diosdado B. Sison, together with the vibrant and
high calibers educators of this institution, honored guest of honor and speaker
barangay officials who are with us today, members and officers of PTA, colleagues,
visitors and friends.
Cherry: The Commencement Exercises of Sta. Rita Elementary School is now in order.
May I request everyone to please all rise as we pay tribute to our National Flag through
the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be followed by singing of Rehiyon III,
Zambales Hymn and Masinloc Hymn to be conducted by our school music leader
Mdm. Espher M. Batnag, Teacher I.
Please remain standing as we pay tribute, honor and glory to our Almighty GOD
through invocation to be led by Mdm. Rhea D. Dalusong, Teacher I

VII. ANNOUNCEMENT
Ramel: Members of the graduating class, honored guests, PTA Board of Directors,
faculty, staff, students, family, alumni and friends, I am Sir. Ramel D. Rivera, and Mdm.
Cherry C. Marila, your Ceremonial Masters for the Commencement Exercises. First and
foremost , thank you to the members of the working committee who spent many long
hours planning this day and to the many others that have helped to organize and
plan this very important event. Thank you maams and sirs.
Cherry: May we call in the Batch 2019 with high Honors, _____________________, for
his/her welcome address. A warm of applause please.
Thank you very much for the heart-warming speech ____________________, with high
honors.
Ramel: And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. To
do the honors off presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, May we have on
the stage our School Principal II, the school head of exemplary performance, none
other than Sir. Diosdado Bonustro Sison to be followed right away by the acceptance
and confirmation of the graduates and message by no less than our vibrant and
stunning Public School District Supervisor, Mdm. Connie Atrero Peñaloza.
Thank you madam for the heart-inspiring message you had given to the graduates.
Cherry: Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman/man who will in a minute
deliver his/her words of wisdom to our young graduates and to their parents as well.
To get to know more of him/her, May we call on the stage our very own Teacher II, in
the person of Mdm. Lee F. Gacutan to do the honors in introducing our 2019
Commencent Exercises Guest of Honor and Speaker.
Ramel: May we have on the stage once more our PSDS, Mdm. Connie Atrero
Peñaloza, our Principal II, Sir. Diosdado B. Sison, our FPTA President, Mdm. Jocelyn
Deocales, our Barangay Captain , Mr. Rolando Ponilas and all the Grade VI Advisers
for the awarding of the Plaque of Appreciation to our Guest of Honor and Speaker.
Please stay at the center of the stage as we award the diplomas and certificates of
our graduates. Thank you very much!
Ramel: And now, the most awaited of our programme, especially for the parents and
the learners who will be awarded, let us now move on to the awarding of medals and
certificates to honors and deserving pupils.

Cherry: Music is the expression of the soul, it moves emotions and feels with the
movement of the time. Through a song that emphasizes the strength amidst
challenges, let us hear the graduation song “__________________________” .
Ramel: That was an awesome delivery of lines and melody and I hope our guests think
the same. At this point, the batch 2019 would have not reached this far, if not because
of the people beside them. The graduates would wish to take this opportunity to thank
their parents in one way or another.
Cherry: Saying and giving thank you to all the people behind your success is worth
appreciating. At this juncture, may I call on the stage _________________________ with
high honors for the Words of Thanks and Gratitude.
Thank you very much for the very exuberant words of thanks.
XVI. RECESSIONAL
Ramel and Cherry: The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and
opportunities await our graduates that will further test their mettle as improving
individuals.
Cherry: As they continue with their journey, may they look back to this stage in their
life with fondness and pride.
Ramel and Cherry: Ladies and Gentlemen, this concludes the Commencement
Exercises of Sta. Rita Elementary School, this has been Ramel D. Rivera and Cherry C.
Marila, thank you for coming and congratulations graduates. The recessional
