2. Course enrollment for Spring 2016: from Dec. 25, 2015 to Jan. 8, 2016.
Online course enrollment can be processed via student information website:
http://e-service.ntust.edu.tw/student_system_en/stu_login.aspx
3. Preliminary Course registration period for Spring 2016 is from Dec. 25 to Dec. 29, 2015. If number of
pre-register student exceeds the class limit, the system will process randomly assignment later.
Please check your course list after Jan. 04, 2016. If the course you previously registered is missing,
it means you have not been chosen for that class. You may add other courses with available
vacancies from Jan. 5 to Jan. 8, 2016.
4. Students may log on to student information system and check the courses which have been
pre-registered by the system in your course list. If there are any errors or questions, please contact
related division.

A. Please note whether the required courses have been pre-registered by system in your course list. If
not, please add the course by yourself. Please contact your department for more information about
graduation requirements.
B. Special attention for students returning from leave of absence, spring semester entrants, transfer students, 6th
or 7th year bachelor program students, and inter-disciplinary Bachelor’s program students:
Required courses may not be pre-registered by system (partial or all). Please contact your department for
more information about graduation requirements and add the courses via manual operation within course
adding/dropping period.
C. Please avoid dropping the required course unless necessary, since some required courses are not
open for online registration.
D. In accordance with NTUST school regulations, students are not allowed to register any course which has
time conflict with another course in your course list; otherwise, both courses would not be taken into account.
(Course selection by manual operation should follow the same rule. For more detail, please check the
regulations for course selection and school regulations.)

E. In accordance with NTUST school regulations, students cannot take a course with the same title/course code
as any passed course (including credit-transfer course.); otherwise, the repeating course grade will not be
taken into account. Please do not re-take the same course. (Course selection by manual operation should
follow the same rule. For more detail, Please check the regulations for course selection and school regulations.)

2.For courses exceeding limited size, the system will perform random
distribution later.
2015/12/25-2015/12/29
system open hours: 3. Only courses offered by registered departments are available
9:00 - 23:00 via on-line course selection system. Undergraduate students are
not allowed to register courses for graduate programs. Senior year students
are not allowed to select courses open for junior year students.
2015/12/30-2015/12/31 The system will perform random registration distribution for over-size
courses.
(system shuts down for 2 days)
2016/01/04
Students may log on to student information system and check the final
(system shuts down for 1 day) result of computer random distribution.
