Viewing Files directly in Orion

Use the following instructions to view lease documents in Orion.

1. Log into Orion via the “Yardi –IE” shortcut on your Citrix desktop. This will bring up the
Voyager login page. Click on the “Favorites Bar” link on the top right to see the link for
Orion. Click on the link to be directed to the Orion login screen.

Hint: to add the Orion page so it displays on your Favorites Bar every time you log in, click the
“Add to Favorites” drop-down menu and select “Add to Favorites Bar.”

2. Use the same login and password as when logging into Yardi. (If you do not have a Yardi
login and password, please contact Yardi Help – yardihelp@kilroyrealty.com.)

 3. On the Orion home page, navigate to the property, lease or tenant by using the Property
Document Explorer.

Alternatively, you can use the “Document Audit Report” to further refine your results. Make
sure to select “Lease” in the “Type” field.

 4. As in Voyager, you can search for a property by typing in the property name, address or
code, or for a tenant using the tenant name, address or code. Click on the “Property” filter
to see the properties that apply to your search criteria.

4. Click on the correct property to be directed to the dedicated page for that property.

5. Click on the “Lease Documents” folder under “Library Links.” This will direct you to a
listing of folders, one for each tenant in the building:

6. Click on the folder for the appropriate tenant/lease. Click on the folder called “Lease.”
This is where you will find all legal documents relating to that lease, with a count of the
number of files in the folder.

7. Click on the appropriate file to view. It will open in the active window.

Other Information

• You can also use Orion’s “Fast Search” capability to locate documents by typing key
information in the box at the top right. Please note that this is developing technology and
therefore not all applicable results may display.

FAST SEARCH

• The date fields in the Lease screens (KRC Effective Date and KRC Executed Date) will be
populated for leases commencing after January 1, 2014.

• You will notice other folders when searching for lease documents. Our first priority was the
transfer of lease files, and we will begin uploading other information to these folders in the
coming months.
