 ACTIVITY REPORT DURING THE PORDA JABAR XIII 2018

PORDA JABAR XIII 2018 Is the 13th PORDA JABAR and held in Bogor
Regency, PORDA is held mandatory every 4 years by the government of West Java,
2018 PORDA JABAR 2018 is the biggest sporting event in West Java, PORDA
runs from 6 to 16 October 2018. This PORDA was opened directly by the Governor
of West Java, Mr. H. Mochamad Ridwan Kamil ST, MUD More than 30 Sports
Branches competed in this PORDA.
I took a special training from 12 to 29 September 2018, During my special
training, many training programs developed physical abilities such as endurance,
strength, agility, and also boxing technique polishing.
Starting from 12 to 16 September, the training program is devoted to
developing power or strength, one example of training such as shadow boxing while
holding 1kg of iron. On 17 to 23 September, the training program was devoted to
developing physical or endurance, one example of the exercise was to do a
minimum 8km long run. And on the 24th to 29th of September, the training program
was devoted to developing speed and agility, one example of training such as short
sprinting, and speed shadow boxing.

On September 30, 2018, the Sukabumi District contingent, especially the

boxing sport, went to the asana grand pangrango hotel, because the PORDA
JABAR match in the boxing sport was held on October 3 to 9, when we arrived at
the hotel, I took a break, because in the afternoon it would be re-practiced. , because
the exercises are still running until the 2nd, the exercises are aimed at controlling
the weight of the boxers.

Weighing the weight of the boxers, as well as the determination of the

schedule for the competition to be held on September 3, at the GOR Laga Satria
pakansari Bogor, all boxing athletes on that day gathered there to weigh the bodies,
and the managers took part in the meeting schedule. After taking part in the event,
the athletes returned to their respective places of rest, because starting from 4 to 9
October the match had begun.

On the first day of the match, Sukabumi district boxers only competed in
one of the 52kg boxers, against boxers from the Karawang district, the non-
competing boxers became supporters. on the first day of the sukabumi boxer, losing

On the second day of the match, 2 boxers in the district of Sukabumi

competed, 60kg and 69kg, against the cianjur district boxer, and the indramayu
regency boxer, both sukabumi district boxers won the numbers, and passed the next
stage
 On the third day of the match, 3 boxers in the district of Sukabumi, in
particular I competed, class 46kg, I was 64kg, and class 81kg, class 46kg against
boxers from Depok, I was 64kg against boxers from Bandung regency, and 81kg
against Cirebon, I competed the bandung regent who served as a soldier, I lost a
thin number with a score of 3: 2, while the other district boxers won the number.

The next day my colleague and I, who did not participate in the competition,
were told to take part in the opening ceremony of PORDA JABAR, while others
competed, the event was very lively, attended by the governor of West Java, the
regent of Bogor district, and the famous Indonesian artist.
The program starts from 8:00 p.m. until finish.

On the fifth day, the match had entered the semi-finals, 3 sukabumi district
boxers competed, 46kg class, 60kg, 64kg female, 46kg class against boxers from
Bekasi district, 60kg class against Kuningan district boxers, and female 64kg class
boxers against boxers from Cirebon city . 2 district sukabumi boxers won the
numbers and qualified for the finals, while the 60kg class boxers lose by RSC
(referee stop contest)

On the sixth day, there was no match schedule, due to rest day, the boxers
who qualified for the final also took advantage of today to rest

On the seventh day, the match has entered the final stage, 3 boxers of the
Sukabumi regency competed, boxers from 46kg, 64kg girls, and 81kg classes, they
fought 2 boxers from the host namely Bogor district, and Bekasi city, all boxers
from Sukabumi district lose, 2 boxers lose by numbers, and 1 by RSC (referee stop
contest)

After the completion of the match, a ceremony was held honoring the
acceptance of the champions' medals, Sukabumi regency won 3 silver medals and
1 bronze, branched out in boxing.
