 WHEREAS, presented to the Body for appropriate action was the need to
request for a resolution for the adoption and approval of the identified/prioritized
projects, programs, activities (PPA’s) to form part of the 2014 Barangay Disaster Risk
Reduction Management Plan to be taken from 5% DRRM Fund , to wit:

WHEREAS, after lengthy discussion and thorough deliberation, the members

present agree that there is a need to approved the identified /prioritized projects,
programs, activities (PPA’s) to ensure the public safety of the community;

WHEREFORE, on motion by MR. JOEL CELETARIA, which was duly seconded

by MR. ANGELICO PATIÑO JR. approved the following identified /prioritized projects,
programs, activities (PPA’s) mentioned above to form part of the 2014 Barangay
Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plan to be taken from 5% DRRM Fund .

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to pass a resolution requesting the

Barangay Council for the affirmative action and approval of the 2014 Barangay
Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plan of Barangay Baras to be taken from
5% DRRM Fund .

WHEREFORE, on motion by Hon. Dolores B. Soldevilla, which was duly

seconded by Hon. Jodel M. Parcon approved the following identified /prioritized
projects, programs, activities (PPA’s) mentioned above to be taken 5% - BDRRM
Fund, from Unexpended Balances of Continuing Appropriations for CY 2014
amounting to ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY
THREE PESOS AND 67/100 ( P 185,623.67 ) only and for inclusion of the identified
projects in the 2014 BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT
PLAN.”.
