The biggest challenge for the vaping industry after its popularity explosion was always about its
abuse and prevention, the vaping industry is still concerned about its abuse by the young

most rated vape due to its design which attracts the young ones more severely than any other
age group.
FDA looked into the matter and found out that some of the flavors attracted the young ones
more which inclucded mango, gum, chocolate and other fruity flavors. So a shift in policy on
vape selling took place. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued new guidelines on the
selling of different flavors. Now you will not be able to find the fruity flavors like mango in the
street side stores and the gas stations because FDA issued a ban on these flavors to be sold on
such places and the only place where such flavors can be sold will be vape shops because they
follow the age restriction method more accurately than the street stores. As JUUL accounts for
73% of the total market share and it was mostly used by the teenagers so the ban of flavors is
imposed on them more severely and they are restricted to sell it only online and registered vape
shops to impose effective prevention.
So now with these impositions, you will only find these flavors in the registered vape shops just
like ours that is ashvapesmoke but the regular flavors like menthol will be available on other
places also.
