AUGUST 2018 – PRESENT
• Complete over 600 hours of counseling duties to meet program requirements and gain experience
• Complete 60 hours at the elementary and middle school level in order to gain experience at all levels
• Co-manage a case load of 500 students in order to meet the social, emotional, and vocational needs of the
student population
• Counsel students in grades 9 through 12 using evidence-based counseling techniques to address issues such
as academic performance, social skills, personal matters, scheduling, and college and career planning.
• Organize and administer state and national testing
• Plan and lead two 8-week small groups addressing topics identified as being necessary in a school-wide needs
assessment
