MOBA Phone Gaming – A New Face of Role-Playing Game

Could video games make you a hero in reality or could playing video games directly benefit the brain?

From the rise of smart phone, the MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) games emerge on the trend
of Generation Z youth. Nowadays, everyone has smart phone in their pockets mostly the Generation Z
(Generation where and when smart phones or gadgets have discovered) who always use their phone as
their companion for everyday life have online application games installed.

The on-trend game applications are mostly role-playing games wherein the point of view of the player
can be the point of view of the character on the phone (first person point of view) or the avatar you are
using can be seen as a whole or in whole body and doing things as you control it (second person point of
view).

Furthermore, these role-playing games are most likely to online games in personal computers like they
used to play like Counter Strike as it transforms it into Rules of Survival usually called RoS on smartphone.
There are also ML-like games or so-called Mobile Legends Bang Bang, Vain Glory, Onmyoji Arena, Arena
of Valor, Heroes Evolved, War Song, and so forth… These are the games that being extracted from DOTA
(Defense of the Ancient), LoL (League of Legends), and WoW (World of Warcraft) as these are being the
catalyst of role-playing games in personal computer to smart phones today.

Henceforth, these games are often rooted to bad images to the parents and elders as they seemed their
children procrastinating in everything. However, the things like these can be manageable by parents as
their children grew up parents should be responsible looking at their children on how much time they are
spending to their gadgets, to this there will be control.

Scientifically saying, these MOBA games have good effects to person who is playing this kind of games.
First, the cognitive flexibility wherein the ability of a person is to quickly adapt and switch between tasks
but also to think about multiple ideas at one time to solve problems. Second, beneficial for those who
have dyslexia; dyslexia might be linked more with early problems with visual attention rather than issues
with language skills. It demands for a sustained period of time, it helps to enhance children’s visual
attention mainly improving the extraction of information from the environments. Third, Visual Working
Memory (VWM) enhancement, wherein it turns remarkable skill dependent on the brain’s ability to
construct and hold internal representation of the world for later comparison with an external stimulus.

Lastly, MOBA gaming can make a better world, world has amazing gamers as well as the games that
pilots what we might do, but none of them have saved the world yet. Yet, gamers are a human resource
that they can use to do real-world work that games are a powerful platform for change. These amazing
superpowers: blissful productivity, the ability to weave a tight social fabric, urgent optimism and desire
for epic meaning.

In conclusion, we can make any future we can imagine, and we can play any games we want, so that let
the world-changing games begin.
