- Supporting and coordinating all aspects of project related works up to 4 consultant


project managers in each month as a Project Administrator for leading project
consultant firm in Sri Lanka. I was responsible in planning, executing and tracking
projects on-time and on-budget while overseeing operations and teams to ensure
success on delivering project milestones.

- Facilitating project success through expertise in business process improvement,


resource allocation, strategic workforce management, and stakeholder relationship
maintenance.

- Writing scopes and requirements in Request for Proposals (RFPs), Procurement and
overseeing the full bidding process.

- Create and develop of IT Technical Documents for Building Management System.

- Leveraging exceptional research and analysis talents to determine project needs and
requirements; utilizing superior organizational, interpersonal, and motivational
skills to propel projects and teams to peak results.

- Actively engage of development of web and standalone applications in .NET


Framework to accelerate department works.

- Work on AS-IS –TO-BE in order to analyse and improve the business processors in
order to achieve better business outcome.
- Provide gap analysis to remove inefficient process from the current business
infrastructure and build new pathways

- Provide 1 st Line Help Desk Support for Staff and assist to manage company IT
Infrastructure within ITIL framework.

With my extensive experience in project coordinating and administration, coupled with my

In present condition, I have completed my master studies in Management of Information


Systems at Edith Cowan University, WA in July 2018 and able to work full time under 485
(Temporary Graduate) work stream until August 2020. Also I am working at Crown Perth
on casual basis since 2016. In order to start career as a business process improvement
coordinator, I do not require any notice period for my current employer and able to start
the work immediately. As a keen technology graduate, my only concern is to build up my
