WHAT IS FREELANCING?

Freelancing is to make projects and tasks for people or companies and they pay you for
that without being their employee.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Research type: Descriptive research.

Population and sample


 The total number of employees (20) of Techstern Solutions in Ranchi .

SAMPLING TECHNIQUE
A convenient sampling will be used to get response from the respondents who are now
working in the Techstern Solutions, Ranchi.

INSTRUMENTS
It is a descriptive research and the data will be collected from primary source of data
(survey & interview) and secondary source of data (company website)

LIMITATIONS
 Small sample size.
 Time constraints.
