court by PIONEER SAVINGS BANK, the above-named Plaintiff, by and through its attorneys,
Tabner, Ryan & Keniry, LLP, against GREEN FIELDS DEVELOPMENT, LLC, SARATOGA
POLO-CATERING and EVENT SERVICES, LLC, JAMES ROSSI, MICHAEL BUCCI, and
JOHN DOE, said name begin fictitious, it being the intention of Plaintiff to designate any and all
occupants of premises being foreclosed herein, and any parties, corporations or entities, if any,
having or claiming an interest or lien upon the mortgaged premises under the direction of this
Court and for payment of the proceeds to the Plaintiff, and others, according to their respective
rights. The following is a description of the real property affected by said action: address of 2
Bloomfield Road, in the Town of Greenfield, County of Saratoga, and State of New York; tax
identification number of Section 152, Block 1, Lot 106, with legal description as set forth on
