Sub: Regarding the participation advance money approval for “Auto Expo 2019” organised at
Parade ground.

Respected Maam,

With due respect it is inform you that our institute is invited in the event under title “Auto
Expo 2019”. I want to draw your kind attention that our students from first year, second year
and third year are also going to participate in the same event. The strength of the students
will be around 300 and 16 faculty members will associate them.
This event will give wide opportunity to our students to enhance their quality learning and
positive exposure for their overall development. For the above said, we need Rs 9000 as
advance money for the smooth conduction of this program.
