Summary of the goods & works supplied...
The goods and your installation will be provided and undertaken by Domestic and Commercial
Heating Limited.  
Unless we have otherwise indicated, this proposal will include the provision of access equipment,
Installation of all parts listed in your proposal, all necessary connections, and testing & commissioning.
We will use protective coverings whilst working within your property and remove all waste
packaging and materials at the end of the installation.  
 Timetable of works...
We will agree with you an acceptable installation date once your order has been confirmed, signed
and received by ourselves. Additionally this will be subject to receiving your deposit (if we have asked
you for one. Your installation will take place normally within 14 days from acceptance.  9) Warranties
& Guarantees...  As standard, we guarantee all of our workmanship will be free from defects for 2
years from the date of commissioning and that all the equipment and materials have been used in
accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and has not been abused or misused in any way. In
the first 2 years after installation we will correct free of charge any fault arising in the system as a
result of defective workmanship by Green Deal Report Limited t/a Domestic and Commercial Heating
or its preferred sub-contractors where applicable.  Where there is a need to claim on a
manufacturer’s warranty within the first 2 years we will make the claim from the manufacturer on
your behalf and we will replace the faulty equipment free of charge under the manufacturers’
standard terms and conditions. A summary of the warranties supplied for each product by the
manufacturer can be found above detailed in this quotation, also in the relevant manufacturer's
technical specification as additionally attached to this quotation where applicable.  
Cancellation Rights...
After signing your contract with ourselves, you are entitled to have a cooling off period of seven
working days, during which time you may cancel the contract without penalty. If you cancel within
this time, we will return any deposit you may have paid in full. If you cancel after this time, we may
have to charge you, based on the actual costs we have incurred by the time you cancel. You must
cancel in writing, by post or email, to us at the above address. You will be provided a cancellation form
with your order should you wish to proceed.
We do not normally start any work until the end of your 14 working days cooling off period. But if you
want us to start work sooner, you must ask for this in writing. If you later decide to cancel the contract
within what would otherwise have been your cooling-off period, then you will have to pay reasonable
charges for goods and services supplied up to the date that you cancel.
Maintenance contract...
All our installations are highly efficient so they require very little maintenance; however they are not
completely maintenance free, a yearly check of the installation is recommended.
Should for any unforeseen reason, part or all of our installation requ ire cleaning, this must be
undertaken by a competent / qualified person and we recommend that tepid water is used. No
chemical substances are advised in these circumstances as this may cause damage to your installation.
You should take recommendation from the documents supplied by the manufacturer.
Our maintenance contract involves a site visit once a year by a member of Domestic and Commercial
Heating Limited staff to check the health of your complete system.
Our maintenance contract is an optional extra service. Details of this can be requested separately and
additional charges may be incurred.
Payments and ownership of goods...
All goods remain the property of Domestic and Commercial Heating Limited until the full balance of
all invoices are paid in full, we reserve the right to remove goods if payment is not made or satisfaction
document not signed. The balance outstanding on the contract price is due on completion and
commissioning of the installation, we will issue you with an invoice when the work is complete and
has been commissioned. You will not be entitled due to any alleged minor defect to withhold more
than a proportionate amount of the outstanding balance. If you do withhold any amount after the due
date because of any alleged minor defect you must give us notice before the final date on which
payment is due. In that notice you must also state the reasons you are withholding the payment.

Notice of the Right to Cancel Contract
You have the right to cancel this contract during the ‘cancellation period’ without giving any reason.
The cancellation period that lasts 14 days . You can also cancel the contract without penalty before any of the goods are
delivered.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us in writing at Green Deal Report Limited t/a Domestic and Commercial
Heating Oakridge House, Wellington Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP12 3PR or by email GPQ2870@pclip.eu of your
decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post requiring a proof of delivery or e-mail). If you
cancel within the cancellation period, we will return any deposit you may have paid , in full. If you cancel after this time, we may
have to charge you, based on the actual costs we have incurred by the time you cancel.
Effects of cancellation within the cancellation period
If you cancel this contract within the cancellation period, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. If you cancel
this contract within the cancellation period, but after delivery of some or all of the goods, then we will reimburse to you all
payments for delivery charges , unless you specifically requested an enhanced delivery costing more than our normal service. In
which case, we will only reimburse the price of our normal delivery charges.
If you cancel this contract within the cancellation period, but after delivery of some or all of the goods, then you may have to
bear some or all of the cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately £150 .
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
 14 days after the day we receive any goods supplied, back from you; or 
 if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this
contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have
expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent b ack the
goods, whichever is earlier.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of
unnecessary handling by you.

Express Request for Work to Commence
By signing and returning this document you are providing your agreement, in writing, to enable us to commence work within the
14 calendar day cancellation period which starts when the customer signs the contract and ends 14 -days after all of the goods
relating to the contract are delivered to the customer’s home.
Please note: if you consent for work to begin within the cancellation period and you later exercise your right to cancel , you will
be liable for the cost of work performed up to the point of cancellation. You will also lose the right to cancel the contract within
the cancellation period when the installation is completely finished. When this occurs , the company can charge the full contract
price.
