Assalamualaikum wbt. and a very pleasant morning to:

- Mdm. Zuhana Mazwin Has-Yun binti Hashim, Senior Assistant of
Students’ Affairs.
- Mdm. Roshita binti Idrus, Senior Assistant of Co-curricular.
- All Senior teachers, teachers, and members of the floor.

For your information, today’s emcee will be conducted in English

language in conjunction with the language month and also the launching
of Highly Immersive Programme (HIP), 2019.

Introduction Ladies and gentlemen,

Language month celebration is going to start today, on the 4th of March
2019 until the end of this month. Some of the objectives of having this
language month is to cultivate student’s interest in learning languages,
and to instil and look for new talent through various language activities.

In association with that, some activities will be carried out by all three
language panels namely, Malay Language, Arabic, and English Language,
in our school.

There will be:

 Poem writing competition
 News anchoring competition
 Crossword puzzle
 Spell-it-Right competition
 Essay writing competition
 Quizzes, and
 Public speaking

Students are very much welcomed and encouraged to participate in these

activities that are mentioned afore. Please inquire your respective
language teachers should you have require further information.

3. Opening speech Ladies and gentlemen,

Now let’s have our Language Senior Teacher, Mdm. Che Ruziah binti Che
Akub to deliver her opening speech.

The Launching of the Now, the most awaited time has finally come. Let’s have our principal, Mr.
ceremony. Zulkifli bin Jalil, accompanied by all Senior Assistant Teachers, and
Language Senior Teacher once again, to launch the opening ceremony of
Language Month of Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Syed Ahmad.
Thank you to our principal for officiating the Language Month.

4. Choir performance Ladies and gentlemen,,

It is time to be a part of the celebration. Therefore, let’s have the school
choir team for their performance.

Thank you for a delightful performance.

5. Closure Members of the hall,

Mastering more than one language is a door towards wisdom. There is a
French proverb that goes, “A man who knows two languages is worth two
men”. While a linguist, Frank Smith claims that, “You can’t see other
people’s point of view when you have only one language.” So, let’s put
some effort to master as many language as possible.
