Basic Machine Operation and Function

Basic RO Machine Operation


1.) Always turn on the feed pump switch and auto head switch 24/7 (for Semi-auto & Full auto only)
2.) switch on the ozone switch and turn the OZONIZER knob pointing to 20 minutes do this every morning
every morning AND AT NOON.
3.) Switch on the RO pump SWITCH to load purified water in the product water tank.
 The RO Pump will turn OFF automatically once the Product Tank is FULL
 The RO Pump will not function if the Product Tank is FULL
 Don’t Switch ON the High Pressure Pump during backwashing
4.) Switch on the Product Pump switch and UV Switch to produce water in the faucet.
 Never Refill any container without switching ON the UV Switch
 Switch off the Product Pump Switch if not in use.
5.) Backwash the Multi-media filter every three (3) days. (do this after working hours)
 10 minutes backwash
 10 minutes fast rinse
6.) Backwash the activated carbon filter every three (3) days.(do this after you back wash multi-media & after working hours)
 10 minutes backwash
 10 minutes fast rinse
7.) Backwash the water softener filter every tWO (2) days if less than 100 containers or.
8.) Backwash the water softener after you refills 120 containers. (do this after you back wash activated carbon & after working hours)
 10 minutes backwash
 60 MINUTES BRINE SLOW OR
REGENERATION
 8 MINUTES BRINE REFILL
 12 minutes fast rinse
Note: If Your Water softener is automatic no need to do this step.
9.) Don’t backwash if the High Pressure Pump is ON.
10.) Add 7 kilos of salt to the Brine tank Eevry After regeneration of the water softener.
11.) If the Light of UV ballast turns to color RED from green and produces a beeping alarm it means that the UV Lamp is busted.
12.) Normal Inlet filter pressure.
 Standby Pressure 55-60 psi
 Running Pressure 5-25 psi
 If the running pressure will go above 25 PSI it means that the MENBRANES are partially clog.
13.) Normal Permeate Flow 2 GPM (for single membrane)
 If the Permeate Flow will drop below 1.5GPM it means that the MEMBRANE is clog.
 If the Permeate Flow will up higher than 2GPM it means that the MEMBRANE is damage (single Membrane)
14.) Normal Concentrate FLOW 4 GPM
15.) Change PRE-Filter once it got Dirty
 1 pc – 5µ 20” Sediment filter slim
16.) Change PRE-Filter every MONTH
 2 pcs – 5µ 20” Sediment filter slim
17.) Change Post-Filter every three MONTHs
 1 pc – 1µ 20” Sediment filter slim
 2 pcs – 20” Slim coco shell

How to Change Filter


1.) To Change the PRE-FILTER ( monthly )
a. Close the valve #1 then open valve #2 to release the pressure then turn the FILTER HOUSING to the LEFT
to loosen and remove the filters inside.
b. After you replace the filter with the new one put the FILTER Housing back and turn it to the right to tight
and close valve #2 then open valve #1.
2.) To Change the POST-FILTER ( quarterly )
a. Close the valve #4 then open faucet valve to release the pressure then turn the FILTER HOUSING to the
LEFT to loosen and remove the filters inside.
b. After you replace the filter with the new one put the FILTER Housing back and turn it to the right to tight
and close faucet valve then open valve #4.
