1. Introduction

A role model is a person whose behavior, example, or success is or can be

emulated by others, especially by younger people. A person/people who we can look up
to. Role models help youth to discover how they wish to become in the future. The
influence that role models have over young people is tremendous. It is important for role
models to be positive and responsible in instilling good morals and values because future
generations are directly dependent on the role models of today.

2. Presentation of Data

We chose Ruth Yeto, a graduating student taking up Physical Therapy. She was born
on January 13, 1966 in Cebu City and she is now 23years old. She is Born Again. She
lives in Mabolo Cebu City. The name of her father is Elmer Yeto which is a business man
and her mother is Abigail Yeto which is a business woman also. She has four siblings

3. Role Model

She is a role model because as what she said and other said she is very responsible in
every task she had and very positive in life. She said that college education is very
important to her because she want to be successful in life and to help her family someday.
Ms. Ruth Yeto said that “never give up and always be positive in life”

4. Analysis and Conclusion

As what we heard from Ms. Ruth, we learned that we don’t need to be perfect in
everything to become a role model because all of us are just the same we just need to
work hard and study hard in order to achieve our goals in life.

5. Action Plan

In achieving our goals in life we have to work hard. They said we need to aim high but
all of us always start in low but we need to keep going. We need to know/understand why
goal is very important to us and don’t let other set the goals for us. Success can be
achieve with determination and effort.
