RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

Currency, receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction from OPPORTUNITY
KAUSWAGAN BANK, INC., do hereby unconditionally and perpetually release and discharge said
OPPORTUNITY KAUSWAGAN BANK, INC., its successors-in-interest, parent company, affiliates, officer,
directors, agents, and employees from all debts, claim, demands, damage, liabilities, expenses, losses,
injuries, actions and all causes of actions whatsoever, by me or through my agents or attorney, which
in law or in equity I ever had, now have or which I, my heirs, successors and assigns hereafter may
have including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such as may have arisen or hereafter
arise by reason of or in any manner growing out of my previous employment with OPPORTUNITY
KAUSWAGAN BANK, INC., its successors-in-interest, parent company, affiliates, officers, directors,
agents, and employees, from all liabilities arising fully or partially, directly, from my said employment
with OPPORTUNITY KAUSWAGAN BANK, INC.

According, I hereby warrant that I shall not file any administrative or labor complaint or
court suit against OPPORTUNITY KAUSWAGAN BANK, INC., its successors-in-interest, parent
company, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees and I manifest that payment by
OPPORTUNITY KAUSWAGAN BANK, INC. of the foregoing sum of money should not be taken by me,
my heirs, or assigns as confession or admission of liability on the part of OPPORTUNITY KAUSWAGAN
BANK, INC., its successors-in-interest, parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and
employees on any matter, cause or demand I may have against any or all of them.

I also affirm that during my entire period of employment with OPPORTUNITY KAUSWAGAN
BANK, INC., I received and I was paid all sums of money, compensation, benefits and privileges to
which I was entitled under all laws and policies of OPPORTUNITY KAUSWAGAN BANK, INC. and if 1
hereafter be found in any manner to have been entitled to any other amount/s, the above
consideration shall be full and final satisfaction of any and such undisclosed claims.

I further declare that I have read this document and that the Release, Waiver and Quitclaim
hereby given is made willingly and voluntarily by me with full knowledge of my rights under the law.
