Polycarboxylate based Superplasticiser
AQUALOC TP350 is Polycarboxylate and organic
polymer based super plasticizer for concrete &
cement replacement material like fly ash, GGBFs,
micro silica etc. It is designed to be used in
concrete that requires longer retention for
transportation and hot weather concreting. It is
designed to impart extreme workability with high
water reduction for production of low to medium
grade concrete mixes.

Compatibility
AQUALOC TP350 can be used with all type of
ordinary Portland cement and cement replacement
material. It should not be used in conjunction with
other admixture unless until lab trial is performed.
Standards
AQUALOC TP350 complies with ASTM C494 Type
A and G, depending upon dosage used.

Dosage
Guided dosage is 0.650 to 1.200 liters /100 kg of
cementitious material in the mix, including
GGBFS, PFA or micro silica by volume.
Representative trial should be conducted to
determine optimum dosage to meet the
performance requirement and condition of
handling actual use. Overdosing will cause Significant
increase in retardation, increase in workability.
Ultimate concrete strength will not be affected if
proper concrete curing is maintained.
Packaging
AQUALOC TP350 is available in 230 Kg drums,
1100 Kg bulks and tanker load.
Method of Use
AQUALOC TP350 should be added to concrete
with mixing water to achieve optimum
performance.
Health & Safety
AQUALOC TP350 contains no hazardous
material and it is completely transport class free.
Use standard handling procedure with the
product. Wear gloves and eye protection. Wash
splashes to skin with soap & water.
Storage & Handling:
AQUALOC TP350 should be stored at room
temperature and away from direct sunlight. If
stored in original container it will have a shelf life
of 12 months .If product is frozen, agitate slowly
until it melts. AQUALOC TP350 is non-
flammable.
