TERMS OF REFERENCE

1. Scope of Work:
 Research work for legislative programs and activities
 Preparation of documents as may be required
 Any other task which may be assigned by the Principal
 Attend committee hearings and programs which may be required

2. Limitations of Work:

 No public appearances in tri-media outlets unless otherwise authorized.

 No work involving money (accounting, budgeting and the like)

3. Hours:

 1pm-5pm MWThF
 10am-3pm Tuesday (for session purposes)
 When required to attend committee hearings or programs notice must be
given at least 24 hrs prior to the scheduled hearing through electronic
messages.

4. Compensation:

 TBD

5. Contract limits:
 Standard city hall contract will be signed OR can sign contract with
designation as Consultant
