go to work. These hours are spent to prepare the day…
meditation, sports, brainstorming new ideas, planning, etc.
2. Eat poor food that will send them back on bed and make
them feel tired.
3. Skip exercises. 67% of rich people do exercises for one hour
and half every morning. Exercises can be done by every one
without machines and gyms. It destroys laziness , fatigue,
sleep, bad mood, stress, coldness, etc.
