Analysis of crew attribute. Hence weak part of crew during tra
operation can be highlighted.
And same to be rectified & improved through crew counselling.
Analysis of various aspect of footplating like footplating
coaching & freight trains, with LPG/LPP/LPM and total/ Av
footplate KM.
Meeting with CLIs regarding crew attribute & other aspect
footplating, hence Improved the quality of footplating by CLIs.
FUNCTIONALITY

CLIs fill up the on line form of e-TRO while footplating with train/Crew details
attribute of Crew.
Same data saved on cloud from all CLIs of BCT division.
Analysis of these reports done by divisional CLI. And interaction with field CLI
periodical basis regarding their reports.
