What is the impact of the Bathala song to the filipinos nowadays?

It may sound sarcastic but for me, if we are to base the impact of the Bathala song to the filipinos
nowadays, I would say that it has no huge impact for them, it is if we only look at the reality.
Because as what everybody have observed to the Filipinos, specially to the youths nowadays,
they are very fond of other stuffs, such us collecting CDs about Kdrama and other things they are
very fond of. They tend to forget their nationality and start to dress, and speak korean languages
to really look like one and neglected the aspects of being a Filipino and forgeting it's History and
the Philippine Literature. Some chose to idolized, admired or even imitate those other personality
and neglected our National Heroes. Not possessing contentment to what they already have and
continue striving to get all their wants to satisfy themselve rather than giving thanks to what God
had blessed them.

However, if we are to seek at the other side of the Filipinos, which is being an interested
individual about the Filipino History. The Bathala song somehow has an impact for them
specially to those who really studied about Philippine Literature. They could appreciate even the
little things that God had blessed them, and the importance of needs rather than wants. Filipinos
would interfere about the Government personality who abused Filipinos way back and until now
probably. The Bathala song relating it to the presidency in the past years whereas, the actions and
words that they have shown to the society are all good and it was just for the sake of Filipinos
but they are abusing their goodness, and making things that could hide their wrong deeds. The
society specially the Filipino Youth who has a concern about it could possibly help and make a
change to aid the matters about our country's problem starting from their own selves being a
good Filipino Citizen.
