Not sure if this is what you need kasi its about a judge
Judge committed of a crime involving moral turpitude
(malversation of public funds)
Judge was temporarily suspended
Judge was disbarred kasi moral turpitude yung crime nya
Disbarment means he can no longer be a judge
Also mentioned “dishonesty” but did not focus on it
o In admin cases: malversation or violations of the AntiGraft
and Corrupt Practices Act should be adjudged in the same
manner that other acts classified as serious charges under
Rule 140 (such as bribery, immorality, gross misconduct,
dishonesty, and partisan political activities) should be
weighed — through substantial evidence.

“Moral Turpitude,” Defined.—Moral turpitude has been defined as
everything which is done contrary to justice, modesty, or good morals;
an act of baseness, vileness or depravity in the private and social
duties which a man owes his fellowmen, or to society in general.
The issue of w/n X’s crime constituted moral turpitude, thus
disqualifying him from running in the next election was not answered,
so only the definition is important here
