 ABSTRACT

The objective of this project is to build a cross platform voice application based on
Node.JS, which is an open-source, cross-platform JavaScript run-time environment that
executes JavaScript code outside of a browser. This voice application, used in virtual
assistants, will be capable of voice interaction and will be capable of performing tasks
according to the instructions given by the user.

It is one of the most efficient ways for people to interact with services, products and
businesses, where there is a need for a hands free, eye free (or both) interaction. Voice UI
in devices makes services accessible to a wider range of audience as lesser knowledge
about the working of the device is required.
