Major Project
During the internship, I worked on designing a map for the floor area using the production data
of various machines (printing, cutting & creasing, folding and gluing, hot foil stamping,etc.) from
last 6 months. Each machine was allotted space according to its production rate and the time for
which the output is stored. The map was implemented and has decreased search time and
pallet leftover rate substantially. The responsibility of successful implementation of the
mechanism was taken up by me.

Voluntary Project(s)
Observing the current working mechanism of machines, noting the down time and suggesting
measures to decrease it.
Implementing novel and structured techniques for decreasing search time of various --- on the
machines. Suggesting add ons on the machines.
Applying lean manufacturing and 5S techniques for increasing production.
