Job description / Role


Manage projects/assist Project Manager in the implementation of new products and
enhancements to existing products/systems and ensure their delivery on time after first
conducting User Acceptance Tests. This requires working closely with Card Management Systems
and internal departments including IT. Work also involves management of test cards and
processing of Project related payments to vendors.

- Efficiently manage the projects/assist Project Manager and ensure correct implementation of the
new products or enhancements/upgrades to existing products within the Cards portfolio.

- Preparation of Operational Requirement Document for System Enhancement Request


(SER)/Business Requirement Document (BRD) for vendors for new features/projects after
identifying and analyzing specific requirements from various sections/departments

- Set up / attend meetings related to Project Implementation. Follow-up on action items, ensuring
that minutes are taken and distributed and actions points are identified with the appropriate
owners and a tracking system is in place.

- Prepare/review test scripts prepared by UAT Support Officers, and recommend changes where
necessary.

- Supervise User Acceptance Test and ensure that tests are carried out as per the agreed test plan
and the desired result is achieved. Ensure that User Acceptance Tests are carried out in both test
environment and live environment.

- Contributes in the preparation of project schedule outlining various tasks. The responsibilities
include day-to-day management of different activities, coordination with various entities, tracking
of project activities and tasks, maintenance and distribution of project documentation and
schedule of meetings.

- Provides support services during implementation and post implementation of projects

- Manage test card requests, test card register maintenance, closure of test cards, reconciliation
and reversal of test transactions, maintenance of monthly card statistics.

- Process payment for project-related vendors.

- Ensure adherence to various Association guidelines and other procedures impacting the
product/product features

- Ensure adherence to internal processes and SOP of the projects team

- Must follow Project Management methodology.

- Undertake any other tasks as may be assigned by Project Manager. Provide support services to
other departments as and when necessary.
