RANGE (Option 2)

TO ENABLE: https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/ag6a9f/how_to_enable_adaptivesync_freesync_if_you_have/

Use RTSS' Framerate Limiter to prevent overshooting your range

Note: GSync Compatibility works over HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.2a, but currently, there's no monitor supporting HDMI 2.1. If your monitor has HDMI only, you can't use this.

/u/11_1000_11 Samsung C24FG70 VA GTX 1060 6GB Windows 10 144 Hz Freesync No Dp 1.2 70-144 Off I've got it working with the pendulum demo once (It did work very smoothly, but some ghosting was visible), but many games have had singificant issues. Lots of stuttering occuring, double frame ghosting, etc. Possibly may be my setup being problematic as opposed to the monitor. Problems appear to be more bugs with my drivers than actual issues with the hardware. Further testing required. (UPDATE) Okay I've got it working in The Talos Principle, I never knew anything could look so smooth... This is really quite something once you get it working. A new bug I've noticed is that the resolution not optimal message has shown up a few times. Not sure why, mucking around with the OSD for a while has got rid of it so far. A quick google on that suggests that my CRU edits might be the cause.

I've got it working with the pendulum demo once (It did work very smoothly, but some
ghosting was visible), but many games have had singificant issues. Lots of stuttering

issues with the hardware. Further testing required. (UPDATE) Okay I've got it working

youtube/user/discorz AOC G2790PX TN GTX 1070 Ti Windows 10 144Hz Freesync No DP 1.2, HDMI 1.4 x2, VGA 30-144Hz all OD modes work Tested only with BF1. Use DP cable that came with monitor and everything will work fine. When desktop resol. is @144Hz with in game resol. also @144Hz and G-SYNC enabled there is some serious ghosting (only with DisplayPort 1.2 setting). So to fix it just use any other desktop refreshrate except 144Hz when you're gaming @144Hz (or use DP 1.1 setting). When not gaming desktop resol. @144Hz works good. There is also some barely noticable flickering only on loading screen in BF1.
