REGARDING
GUIDELINES FOR ANESTHESIA CARE
IN H. ADAM MALIK GENERAL HOSPITAL

Considering : a. That in order to improve the quality standard of anesthesiology care, it

is necessary to establish a policy on anesthesia care in H. Adam Malik
General Hospital

b. That the anesthesiology care in the hospital is a part of the health care
which is currently developing rapidly

c. That based on the considerations as mentioned in point (a) and (b), it

is necessary to stipulate the Guidelines for Anesthesia Care in H.
Adam Malik General Hospital through the Decree of the Chief
Executive Officer of H. Adam Malik General Hospital.

In view of : 1. Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 of 2009 regarding Health

2. Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 44 of 2009 regarding Hospitals
3. Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 29 of 2004 regarding Medical
Practices
4. Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 779/
Menkes/ SK/VIII/2008 dated August 19, 2008, regarding Standards of
Anesthesiology and Reanimation Care in Hospitals
5. Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No.
519/MENKES/PER/III/2011 regarding Guidelines for Management of
Anesthesiology and Intensive Care in Hospitals
6. Article 51 of the Law of Medical Practices No. 29 of 2004 regarding
Anesthesia Care in accordance with the patient’s needs
7. Article 44 of the Law of Medical Practices No. 29 of 2004 regarding
Standards of Anesthesia and Sedation Care in accordance with the
department guidelines for medical care

HAS DECIDED

To stipulate : DECREE OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF H. ADAM

MALIK GENERAL HOSPITAL REGARDING GUIDELINES FOR
ANESTHESIA CARE IN H. ADAM MALIK GENERAL HOSPITAL.

First : Preparing the stipulation of Guidelines for Anesthesia Care in H. Adam

Malik General Hospital in the form of Decree of the Chief Executive
Officer of H. Adam Malik General Hospital

Second : This decree of the Guidelines for Anesthesia Care acts as a reference
for the implementation of Sedation Care in H. Adam Malik General
Hospital

Third : This decree shall be effective as of the date of the stipulation; if errors
are to be found in the future, it shall be amended accordingly
