2018-Present Independent Research I – GT Course, Mount Hebron
High School (MHHS). Scientific literature review and
meta analysis of the right handed neutrino cardinal particle
nature within the neutrino mass matrix, with a focus on the
seesaw mechanism and its implications to the left and right
handed neutrino mass and flavor oscillations. Pending:
Theoretical design of a cyclotron and recording of the data
collected of neutrino oscillation to capture at the neutrinos
calculate neutrino mass

2017-present Member, Math Team, Mount Hebron High School
2018-Present Chief Operations Officer, Scientific Minds of America
(SMOA). Researched and developed a certified 501 c(3)
not-for-profit organization, joined in 9th grade and helped
build organization foundation. A youth-to-youth
community service organization that delivers strategic
solutions to socio economic issues facing underserved
youth populations. Covering a large spectrum of domains,
SMOA allows for diverse interested youth to engage
underserved
youth in their respective areas of interest & competency.
Worked with professionals to populate the Board of
Directors (BOD), acquire funding through external sources
including fund-raisers, plan, coordinate and execute
range of STEM delivery systems to inner-city underserved
students. Tasks include coordinating with executive team,
managing functions of a IRS-registered business, acquire
new business members, develop future branches and
present novel ideas to reduce the socio-economic-education
inequalities. Developed dynamic member recruitment
program spanning 13 Howard County High Schools, via
National Honor Society network, with expansion to
remaining 23 Maryland Counties, 1436 High Schools.
2016 to 2018 Principle Euphoniumist at the All State Junior Wind
Orchestra. For a two year season, Shreyas was selected and
honoured to represent Maryland’s musical talent by being
the principle euphonium player at the All State Level.
2010-2017 GBSA Swim Team; Member and Competitive swimmer.
This program is comprised of swimming techniques,
stoke development, discipline, and strength training. Proper
aqua mechanics, endurance development, physical agility,
mental agility. Swim meets lead to learning to handle
stress under pressure, learning to communicate as a
team, both verbally and nonverbally, receive criticism

physics and engineering techniques to succeed in

conducting the section to meet the rigorous musical
standards as well as military style marching.
