Rev-1 : marked in blue, updated reading and listening.

After my file share, almost 10-12 said these strategies worked and they got desired scores, almost 105
people messaged with concern. I am trying to respond to my best possible, pls bear with me. I think I
can officially start coaching. ☺

Dear Friends,

OMG

I first gave IELTS and I got 6.5 Band and lodged my application for EA first.

After EA in gave PTE and got 7 band and lodged by EOI, but I never imagined and I didn’t know my
final PTE scores are equivalent to IELTS 9 Band !!

Its possible friends.

People are keep on asking: how many attempts etc. etc. I got in 8th Attempt.

Guys one great friend of mine told : One Blady software / Blady
English Exam cannot decide our fate and destiny of me and my
family and we should not repent when we look back.
PTE aspirant and Yes, an Australia Migrant. As on 31st March I was 70 pointer. My PTE Journey started
on 11th Apr and I started working on PTE seriously for 79 plus as we know the 70 pointers have no
value and I was having no option other than cracking PTE and desperately gave exam every 2 weeks
till July 11th. I was losing with 4-5 marks in Reading.

After 11th July round, When I came to know non prorata even 70 pointers will be cleared under 189. I
was pretty happy and thought I will get ITA without PTE itself (as in july 11th round, they cleared 70
pointer till 6th march, my doe was 28th march). so, kept praying god. On 25th July we all got message
that It will be single round and next round is in 11th August.

I lost 5 points on 3rd August and became 65 pointer and lost the ITA opportunity. This made me coolly
think that PTE is only option to see my family in Australia. I started reconciling where exactly I am
going wrong. I knocked every door, every 79plus achiever to see my scorecard and tell me where I am
lacking. Different answers but useful although. One person who watched me so desperate and missing
in whisker, suggested me that if I am ok, I need to go for coaching and yes, after 7 attempts, I joined
an institute for pte coaching. The trainer made me focus on simple areas like grammar, reading,
speaking and fine tuned me with his great strategy, I kept aside all my strategies, my templates etc.
followed him. Results are proven. I am not doing any marketing for the coaching center, but I want to
say, I chose a god and then followed as I thought I can achieve with this.

Below I will share my experience and knowledge I gained in my journey. Hope it will be useful.

Help others, then you will be helped by God. Trust on this. I am a live example and will do my duty to
help you guys. – See above highlighted how I was helped.

Guys don’t crave for materials pls. I did this mistake for 2 months, joined almost 20 groups in whatsapp
and telegram. I got around 45GB of materials. What can I do if I don’t strategise my attempts, basics.
There is no use of such material. At the end, I will share websites and materials for you to crack 79plus
easily. Its all available free in internet and yes, don’t fall into any spammers / don’t think nothing
comes free. With PTE its possible. Important groups with trainers also I listed in the end who help
without any selfish thought/desire for money.

FYI I was cheated by a guy and an institute in the beginning with useless materials and fake contents
which is available free in market. They are surrounded and foxes in the groups. Pls pm to me if u are
offered any one, I will tell if its genuine or not.

Friends, Please install screen recorded app in your mobile and zoom software / zoom’s chrome plugin
in your pc. Any mocks you give, must be recorded. Use good headset. 90% cases your headset will be
the culprit.

Install ptestudy mobile app. I will share almost 9 mobile app In the end of this.

Also, deactivate auto spell checker, auto correct etc in your outlook and ms office suite applications.
This will allow you to know your writing mistakes.

Speaking – I will share my sample mock speaking section how I did.

Guys, I improved speaking fluency, pronunciation like this : open speechtexter.com and click start
dictation. Open any read aloud and then speak. See how software is recognising your words. Do atleast
5-6 in a go. This will show you trend of sounds which wrongly recognised by software. Don’t do this
regularly, once u understand, practice those sounds.

Don’t make long pauses and breathing during RA.

Always I get speaking 90 with Oral Fluency and pronunciation – both 90s.

Read Aloud

You will get 7 questions.

This was a culprit in my exam which I never thought of and affecting my reading scores. Yes, Reading.

35-40s preparation time was given only that we should be accustomed to the paragraph and read it
like “natural speaker” – same way like how we talk. Not style, not rhythm, natural flow with standard
pace. Throughout the speaking section.

So, during preparation, please read the prompt loud as if you are recording. You will come across
difficult phrase / pause/words. Capture and re-read them.
Concept is natural pace (like how we talk our own language), reading should complete ideally by 25
sec, max 30sec.

Adding/missing/replacing words are error here. But every exam I used to miss/add/replace 1-2 words.

This is very important from Speaking and Reading – 35 each. I did a typical speaking mock and got 35
in reading module and 45 in listening module.

Once your recorded your answer click next. Immediately. – Standard for all sections.

Repeat sentence

*These are mostly repeated. See my materials list and follow them.

You will get 10-12 questions, I always got 10 questions.

No preparation time here. i.e. no 3sec break.

Here we need to repeat the sentence as it is. We need to ensure tone of sentence. Like if it is
instruction or questioning or asking tone etc.

When prompt starts, I used to read (in my mind) along with the prompt and repeat the same. I did the
same and ensure mirror image of the prompt in front of me.

This is very important for Listening and Speaking. 35marks each module.

7 will be mostly small sentence i.e. 4-5sec. 3 will be big sentence – 7 sec.

Use ptestudy.com and open repeat sentence.

Increase the speed to 1.2 times.

Now practice the questions.

Describe image

*These are mostly repeated. See my materials list and follow them.

Here before exam starts, I write below on the paper: line graph / bar chart / histogram / pie chart /
picture / image

10 sec preparation time – see the topic, identify and tell yourself the topic is <<< >>> and in 1999
<<<>>> and 2000<<<>>: just like a rehearsal.

Flow: Topic + X axis, y axis + 2 points / 1 point + conclusion

Template: The line graphs indicates <<<<topic>>>>. We can find that it is measuring the <<<<content
of graph>>> and describe the x axis and y axis. From the graph, we can infer that there is << major
observation or any 2 high low number / pie chart distribution >>>. Overall the graph indicates that <<<
again topic >>>>. The flow and tone of DI must be as read aloud tone and pace > >>> more
importantly.

This contributes only to Speaking. You will lose marks only if u fumble / or give big pause. I complete
well before the timer ends.

Retell Lecture

*These are mostly repeated. See my materials list and follow them.
Prompt will come for 2minutes (Maximum)

I always try to capture topic.

Then, what ever she/he speak : I try to write a sentence or a phrase : maximum 3 sentence A, B, C –
complete. Yes while writing I will miss the prompt, its ok.

Once I write, I see the timer moving, when it is near the end, I will try to capture conclusion – 1 phrase
say D.

Preparation time 8-10sec : I will do a mock in my mind : just read all words which I wrote, ignore all
the words which I couldn’t understand my handwriting itself. So that I should not fumble while I read.

40 sec timer – I follow E2 template.

The lecture was talking abt <<< >>>>. The lecture mentioned key words related to this topic such as

Sentence/phrase A, and sentence/phrase B. The lecture also mentioned Sentence C

The lecturer concluded stating <<<D sentence>>>>. That’s it, if say you have still timer still more. You
can say the topic is very important to understand the lecturer concern.

The flow must be as read aloud tone and pace > >>> more importantly.

Answer Short Questions

*These are mostly repeated. See my materials list and follow them.

One one-two word anser. Just a day before exam read questions and answers. If you don’t know the
answer . repeat key word from question or repeat the prompt atleast. Don’t keep silent.

Writing

Either Grammarly plugin for chrome or Install gammarly software in your pc and turn it off when u
write. Get verified after u complete your writing. Don’t blindly depend on it to auto correct when u
type. This will affect your writing.

Summarise Written Text

*These are mostly repeated. See my materials list and follow them.

Proofreading and spell checking is most important. For spell checing, I read my answer from last word
to first word. If we read our answer, we will miss the spellings based on flow of content and
importantly our ego that we cant make silly mistakes.

For this, you must understand types of sentences : simple, compound, complex sentence. This is more
important for Swt and Essay, SST. So pls know this. Either from youtube or ping me.

Here , read the paragraph for 2 min only.

Strategy A : If you could understand what its talking about then automatically, u will find key sentences
– capture 3 sentences (complete). Say A, B & C.
Strategy B : Say you didn’t understand, then, from the question, take first sentence, and last 2
sentence of each para. Say A, B & C

Strategy from youtube

Answer :

<<<< Sentence A >>>>> , and <<<<sentence B>>>; however/which/while/such as <<<<< Sentence C>>>

I always write 55-60 words.

Sample answer : Malaysia is launching its biggest-ever tourism campaign to lure 20 million visitors,
who are mostly from Asia, as it is a hassle-free country to visit along with superb beaches, mountains
and national parks, and it has many attractions such as the Petronas Twin Towers, the Limestone
temple Batu caves and the Penang, which represents a rich Chinese cultural heritage.

Don’t jump into strategy if you don’t brush your basics n grammer.

Essay

*These are mostly repeated. See my materials list and follow them.

I made my own template from E2, steven, many telegram stalwarts.

You must understand below from the question :

1. What is the general statement

2. What is the question.
3. What answer they want from us.

The moment I see get essay, I first find 2 and 3 and start writing my essay with structure on place.
Later, I will see the question 1 and then fit into key phrases as reqd. I complete my essay in 10min and
then keep working on rephrasing them,

See how I categorise them,

Some say that in today's world the value of humanities has been eclipsed by the necessity of
preparing for specific wealth-producing careers, such as medicine. Discuss whether you think
there is a role in today's changing world for study of the humanities.

Once you are clear, the below types in rephrase the essay for flow of essay. Ensure you must have a
compound sentence.

Agree / disagree Format

1. In towns and cities, large shopping malls should replace the small local shops. Do you agree or
disagree?

One of the most conspicuous trends of today's world is that large shopping malls should replace the
small shops in the market. There is widespread worry that this will only lead to a myriad of problems
among buyers and sellers. In my opinion, this apprehension is warranted and merits serious
consideration.

There are numerous arguments in favor of my stance. The most preponderant one is that it is easy
to approach a small shop for shopping. Not only these shops reduce wastage of time for shopping,
but also helps in earning for a number of sole traders, which is not possible in large shopping
centers. Needless to say, all these merits stand small shops in good stead, as far as wastage of time
and employment of people is concerned.

Another pivotal aspect of this argument is that small shops are cost effective. Besides, due to very
small expenses on the sale of products, it ultimately reduces the product price. Hence, it is apparent
why many are in favor of the small shops.

In view of the arguments outlined above, one can conclude that the benefits of small shops are
indeed too great to ignore

Opinion
Some say that in today's world the value of humanities has been eclipsed by the necessity of
preparing for specific wealth-producing careers, such as medicine. Discuss whether you think
there is a role in today's changing world for study of the humanities.

One of the most conspicuous trend of today's world is that the value of humanities is declining due
to the necessity of preparing for wealth-producing careers. There is widespread worry that this will
only lead to a myriad of problems for humanities graduates. In my opinion, this apprehension is
unwarranted and so should be rejected.

There are numerous arguments in favor of my stance. The most preponderant one is that a study
about human existence develops an understanding of human behavior. Not only this approach helps
in helping the mankind, but also helps in building an edge over other graduates who are in the que
for jobs. Needless to say, all these benefits stand humanities education in good stead when a
knowledge about mankind is concerned.

Another pivotal aspect of this argument is that lot of customer service jobs are demanding a study
about human psychology, which is only possible through this qualification. Besides, the humanities
education also helps a scholar in developing social and personal skills which are very crucial
throughout the life. Hence, it is apparent why many are in favor of the humanities study.

In view of the arguments outlined above, one can conclude that the benefits of the humanities
education are indeed too great to ignore.
Positive & Negative
The means of communicating in society today has changed markedly over the last ten years. In
your opinion, what are the positive and negative impacts of this change?

One of the most conspicuous trends of today’s world is a significant change into the means of
communication in the society. As such, there are both merits and demerits to this trend, although I
am of the opinion that the former outdo the latter.

There is a deluge of arguments in favor of my stance, but the most preponderant one is that due to
this change the world has become a global village. Not only there is an improvement in means of
communication with the introduction of internet and mobile phones, but also there is a significant
advancement in the devices of communication, with the introduction of hi-tech gadgets like mobiles,
laptops and so. Needless to say, all these benefits stand this change in good stead when doing
communication development is concerned.

There are, however, some pitfalls that can easily overwhelm the potential benefits of something.
Primarily, the people in the modern era are coming closer to the population around the planet, but
they are moving away from their real personal and social relations. Hence, it is apparent why many
are against this communication development.

In view of the arguments outlined above, one can conclude that despite some drawbacks, the
benefits of Information advancement are indeed too great to ignore.

READING

On timing : below is flow of questions and usually 16 questions with 32min.

RWFIB – 12min – 5q

MCMA – 3Min - 2

RO – 7min – 2q

RFIB – 8Min – 5q

MCSA – 2min – 2q

Reading Fill in the Blanks / Reading & Writing Fill in the Blanks

I follow E2struture here, Either grammar or context knowledge is required to crack this.

Don’t byheart the blanks from materails.

Here you need to work on basics of grammar, I always thought that this strategy doesn’t work but it
does and it only does.

See FIBs strategy in youtube from E2.

Work on parts of speech, identify Noun, adj, verb, adv. Search in youtube for E2 grammar or
grammarly website

Open E2language free account, he will give full access to grammar for FREE. I did all chapters here.
By learning this, you will be in a position to understand what type word will fit into this as per grammar
and think of the context. Most diff and you need first patience here,

Always, don’t look for options to choose the answer, always try to imagine the word based on context
and then, ask yourself, what type of word has to come here. This strategy will solve 90% problems.

I did 1m rigorous exercise on this alone.

academic collocations (noun + adj), Adj +prep – especially. When I say, learn collocation, don’t open
the 2400 collocation and read them. You must understand what is collocation. See E2 videos.

1. Try to know what is collocation.

2. Open a reading content from below three websites daily and mark your collocations, identify
words and note them. Make your vocab.
a. Newyork times
b. Scientific american
c. Science daily.

So, open ptestudy.com or ptestudy.net, use above and don’t worry abt timer. First improve the basics
then work on timer.

I can’t put everything in writing here.

RWFIB : Will add to grammar score, vocab score, and 25 marks to Reading and 35 marks to Writing -

RFIB : will contribute 25 marks to reading.

Re-Order Paragraph

This is tricky and scoring for reading section. I cant comment on scoring technique but believe E2 rule
for scoring is correct as they are official trainers by Pearson.

ABCD is answer

ABDC will give 1 mark. CDAB will give 2 marks. 1 for each pair. – As per E2.

See youtube and open studyhub.com and see his five finger strategy for reorder.

Learn the basics where he will say SVO concept if you are not clear but don’t jump into questions and
start solving.

Also, read here the parajumbles concept: http://www.lofoya.com/Verbal-Test-Questions-and-

Answers/Parajumbles/intro

Solve Reorder in lofoya.com. Easy/moderate and Hard.

If strategy is clear, go to ptestudy.com and solve all RO. You will get RO 2/3 or ½ RO from ptestudy.com

Identify topic sentence very important and easy.

Identify only one pair.

Say A and BC are pair. Either crack where is D position or rearrange as ABCD. Don’t waste time here.

So, always, whenever u read any paragraph even in FIBs. Always see, how a sentence is linked to next
sentence. Try to open your eyes in every angle.

Reading is my weakest area and I followed this.

MCMA & MCSA :

MCSA : usually small para with 150 words. I read the question, identify noun/adj/verb in answers :
read the full para and that’s it attempt if understand. Else, select some answer and go ahead. Only
1min. don’t waste time.

This is last question in reading section. U must ensure u give time to RFIB and allocated 2 min pnly to
mCSA.

MCMA :

1. use skimming technology of E2. In the middle of para from top to bottom, skim and identify
nouns, adj.
2. Go to question, read properly options for Noun, adj, verbs.
3. If repeated words are there, in options, directly search for them in para if u got in step 1.
4. Got it, select your first answer and jump to next question but don’t waste time again here.
5. There is negative marking which reduces your score to max 0.

Listening Section

Guys install telegram, join scientific american, BBC_6_minute, Radio english (radioen) ,
Thehindu_zone_official, English language, ausfilm, wordnik.

These study groups will help ur listening skills.

Install ankidroid in android mobile, excellent software. – will help in RS, WFD.

Summarize Spoken Text

Strategy is same like RL in speaking. I use e2 structure. The speaker talked about <<< >>>. He described
key words related to topic << >>> . He also mentioned < << >>> . He concluded that << >>>.

I write 65 plus words. If you don’t have enough key words from topic, then think this is 65-70 words
essay and write on the topic and minimum keys words.

Grammar and one type of compound sentence will take a lead in your listening and writing scores.

MCMA and MCSA : don’t take notes, click more than one and that too do only if you the answer in
MCMA to avoid negative score.
Highlight Correct Sentence :

In first few sec, read 3rd option summary and get a gist of the topic which they are going to talk.

Listen to topic. When u come across the topic, take notes. I follow this strategy.

That’s it, u should not take more than 1 min to select your answer.

This contributes to reading score and listening scores.

HIGHLIGHT INCORRECT WORDS

You will have to read within ur mind along with speaker (but I read a word before speaker reads it)
and this is important section for Reading and Listening scores.

You open ptestudy.com, increase the speed to 1.2 and start practicing. Also work on ptestudy.net
websites. This is enough.

After your attempts, write down the words, u did mistake in a separate place with both the words i.e.
wrong word which u see in para and right word which comes from audio. This wil ensure and make a
word list u typically hear wrongly because your subconscious mind always thinks u heard it right for
these words.

This is my way of doing.

Listening Fill In the Blanks

Very important for Listening, Writing, spelling, grammar. Yes, grammar and spelling.

If you don’t know the word or didn’t hear, then don’t write, leave it blank, else, you can fill with right
word grammaticaly correct to fit in there, but we should not waste time here although.

I type on the blanks along with speaker with key letters say “ complctd” for “complicated”. Tab button
stopped working here. Previously it used to work. So u must click on next blank.

After u write ur answers just use these 2 checks always :

1. Can plural form come here

2. What is the tense is it past tense or present tense.

That’s it.

Again don’t waste time here friends, we need atleast 5-7 min in WFD.

Select Missing Words

Here, I listen but keep my mind open till prompt is half way thru. After half way, I will ensure I don’t
lose last 2 sentence to understand and if possibe, I will write last few word before the beep – by
looking at the audio bar.

So here, subject verb object concept – def the beep word is related to tense of last sentence and
related to 2nd last sentence. Try this in ptesetudy.com

Again don’t waste time here if u miss any. Go haead.

Write from Dictation

VERY VERY IMPORTANT FOR LISTENING AND WRITING

2-3 sentences with min 9 words each and contribute to 35 marks min to Listening and Writing.

Each word has a mark.

I type directly on the screen.

There will be 2 phares definetly, so 1st phrase I type few letters so that I don’t miss the number of
words. / count I mean. 2 phrase I will write completely as I know audio will stop here and complete
the 2nd phrase with all words properly. But in mind repeat your first phrase as well. So that u will
understand the context of the audio.

then I will go back and type the words – 1st phrase based on key letters I noted.

For example :

“Behind the group, there is a flat cart drawn by mules”

I will always write “ beh th gro the is a flat cart drawn by mules.”

Then I will correct “ B (capital letter must) Behind the those group groups, there is a was a flat car cart
carts drawn driven by the Mules mules. (full stop / period mark must)

If u observe I wrote all those words which I thoguht can fit into or I mgiht have misunderstood.

DON’T WORRY ABOUT GRAMMAR, DON’T WPRRY ABOUT MORE WORDS HERE writing or repeating.

Software with check like this – see highlighted sentence :

Behind : Yes first word – 1

The – predecessor is behind and successor is group. – 1 mark

Those – not in prompt – no marks

So blue color will not kill your score, it has no score that’s it, I did all my exams like this. I will get full
marks to my answer.
Every day : indian time, join ptemagazine in telegram app, 12am midnight, they will give WFD practice,
its very useful.

ON TEMPLATES

Friends I didn’t follow any templates but I don’t say templates wont reduce your scores. My friends
got thru template also. Somehow god made me don’t follow templates. Am happy for it as I claim I
know english now. ☺

However, I will share all templates here if any one wants, don’t ask me how to use them, I don’t
encourage as well.

SWT Template

Although the fundamental essence of x1 emphasizes the significance of x2, the likely impacts, such
as x3 and x4, are acknowledged, presuming the potential implications of x5 as well as x6.

Or

Whereas principles of N attribute to N and N, the significance of N would relate to not only N but also
N and N, so as not to undermine the implications of N, N, N, N, N, and N as well as N.

RL and SST Template :

The lecture was talking about <<< >>>. Although the fundamental essence of x1 emphasizes the
significance of x2, the likely impacts, such as x3 and x4, are acknowledged, presuming the potential
implications of x5 as well as x6. Finally, lecturer concluded that <<<< >>>

Rules for template :

Tips:
1- Extract the most important key points from the text, including nouns, adjectives, and verbs.
2- You should substitute the Ns with the extracted key points.
3- You should replace those Ns in the template with a noun or a noun phrase. So, if necessary,
make appropriate adjustments to your key points. For example, if you extract an important verb,
convert it to a noun.
4- Write a summary of approximately 50 words. We do not suggest very long and wordy
summaries.
5- When replacing Ns with key points from the text, REMEMBER TO USE A SUITABLE
ARTICLE/MODIFIER.

https://t.me/PTEmagazine/1237

https://t.me/PTEmagazine/1238

https://www.grammarly.com/blog/articles/

6- When replacing Ns with key points from the text, DO NOT USE A PHRASE WITH MORE
THAN FOUR WORDS. For example, “dominating the foreign exchange trading” is not
suggested.
7- When replacing Ns with key points from the text, DO NOT USE PHRASES THAT HAVE
“and,” “or” EMBEDDED IN THEM. For example, “educational equity and quality” should not
be placed instead of one N. Alternatively, break it into two parts.
8- Try to keep “not only N but also N and N” structure as short as possible. We suggest using
one-word key points for them. For example, conservancies, opportunities, Namibia, etc.
9- The number of Ns after the word “implications” completely depends on the text and your
understanding of it. You can delete some of them if you feel your key points are adequate.
10- Please pay attention to the punctuation.
