Docs view & transfer: Stretch the Limit

Wake up Docs

PC: Go to Messenger (web) and chat with Docs,

click the “Menu” button of the navigation bar.
You can also send documents by clicking the
“Send Files” image.

Mobile: Drag the menu on the bottom of the

dialog box and click “Send Docs”.

Multi-platforms transferring：
Docs will help you to check and view docu-
ments directly in your Messenger. Moreover,
you could also synchronize your documents in
the laptop, mobile phone and tablet. You do
not need to use USB, Email, or any other
cloud-based service to transfer documents
among your devices.

PC to mobile/tablet

Chat with “Docs”

Drag files to dialog box
Click “Send”
Wait for reply from Docs
View the files on mobile

Mobile/tablet to PC

Choose local documents

Click “Share”
Find “Docs” in the group list and send docu-
ments to Docs
View and save in PC

Large documents processing: Break the of 25

MB limited file size

Previously: drag or drop the files that are

larger than 25MB, an error message will be
shown as the documents exceed the size
limit.
With Docs: drag a 40MB document, success-
fully uploaded and easy to share.

Viewing docs:
enable to view docs within chat box, on-redi-
rect to the third party document App to view

Docs management
As a document management system, we enjoy
shortcuts waking-up and easy access to docs
records. Documents can be organized accord-
ing to feature labels as “Starred”、”Recent”.

Starred: Click the navigation bar on the right

of the document, and you can mark the docu-
ment with “Star” or “Unstar”.
Recent: Recent documents are displayed in
three orders. “Last updated time”, ”Starred”
and “My Docs”
