application form to our head office NOOR WELFARE FOUNDATION OFFICE NO 70 GULSHAN IQBAL
TOWN ARIFWALA 57450 before the final filling date.

General Instructions to Applicant:

 Make a copy of the blank application form and complete a draft copy first.
 Return neatly filled application to our Head Office (NOOR WELFARE FOUNDATION OFFICE NO 70 GULSHAN
IQBAL TOWN ARIFWALA 57450) through using by courier service.
 Attach 4 Passport Pictures with blue background Attested.
 Attach all Academics Certificates Attested Copy.
 Attach CNIC/B.Form Attested Copy.
 Attach Domicile Attested Copy.
 Write only which related to you other-wise ignore the step.
 Attach NWS Copy of fee challan with application form.
NOTE: Challan Form is attached with your Application Form.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY:

1) For Engineering/Bachelors/Masters students must get 45% marks in his/her previous result.
2) Also Currently enrolled students from any school/college/university in Pakistan can apply.
3) For PHD Students must get 60% marks in his/her previous result.
4) For Medical Students must get 60% marks in FSC and also pass latest MDCAT Test and also enrolled
medical students also apply for scholarship.
5) For School Students must get 50% marks in his/her previous result.
6) For College Students must get 55% marks in his/her previous result.
7) If anyone not pay application form fee he/she is not eligible for scholarship.
8) We reserve the rights to disapprove any scholarship application.
9) Challan form is attached with your application form.
