This is to acknowledge the receipt of your letter, dated March 25, 2019, requesting a copy of the
approved guidelines of the ACPC-NFA Lending Program for Rice Farmers under the Production
Loan Easy Access (PLEA).

Please be informed that we have already drafted the Implementing Mechanics, and the Special
Order establishing a coordination committee to support the program—both of which have been
forwarded to the NFA Head Office for their comments/inputs last 24 February 2019. We are
thus still waiting for feedback from the NFA regarding the aforementioned documents of the
said loan facility.
