· Worked stamping presses for automotive parts and assisted in quality control.
· Was able to consistently reach and surpass the hourly quota for parts.
· Set up dies and presses for different jobs.

SECURITY GUARD | GRCA: BRANT PARK | MAY-SEPTEMBER 2018


· Vehicle and foot patrols throughout the conservation area looking for people who need assistance,
situations which may need an agent of the park to step in, or environmental dangers.
· Assisted the front gate to help people register or check in to a camp site, answer questions, or provide
directions.
· Answered calls for situations that need security assistance such as: noise violations, alcohol violations
or disturbances, domestic situations, patrons occupying an incorrect site, and any other help that may
be needed.
· Assisted other departments within the conservation area such as maintenance or the lifeguards.
· Issued parking violations and Trespass Bans to GRCA parks.

Volunteering
Special Needs Activity Program (SNAP) | Brock University | September-December 2018
· Provided developmentally appropriate, movement education to children and youth with special
needs between the ages of 4-18.
· Worked with children and youth with many different developmental delays and illness such as speech
delays, autism, Angelman syndrome, and multiple sclerosis and found appropriate games and
activities that they would enjoy.
· Gained first-hand experience of the struggles that individuals, especially children, face with a variety
of different cognitive deficits and how to work with them and assist them if they get frustrated or
anxious.
