and Escalators'.
" ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE COMPANY INDIA PVT LTD" (EMCO) was established as a
private limited company having its corporate of ce at Chennai and branch operations in
Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Kochi. EMCO India is an associate of OEC of
Sharjah and DULAND of Dubai who have several years of experience in elevator and escalator
maintenance and is well known as the best alternative to OEM's in the UAE.
The company is promoted by highly quali ed and experienced elevator professionals who
have spent several years working for multinationals like Mitsubishi, Otis, etc.... With the rich
experience gained in the installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of elevators,
the team is fully geared-up to provide any solution for complex problems, supply genuine
spare parts and above all extend timely and committed service to give customers the best
value for money.
The cost of maintenance of elevators and escalators by OEM's (Original Equipment
Manufacture) have been exorbitant and customers globally have been looking for alternative
'service providers'. It is in these circumstances that in other countries like Americas , Europe,
Middle East and Far East that well organised maintenance companies (by elevator
professionals) have successfully established themselves as an alternate service provider to
the OEM's.
In India, with the growth of mega cities and high rise buildings, there is a big void in the area of
elevator service and almost all customers are totally dependent on OEM's for the
maintenance. The alternate service providers in the country at present are from the
unorganized sector who do not have the organizational setup with managerial talent and skilled
technicians to undertake the maintenance of sophisticated and high technology elevators and
escalators. The customers have welcomed the setting up of EMCO which will ll this gap to
provide affordable service to maintain the elevators and escalators in a safe, reliable, ef cient

EMCO has three types of service contracts (AMCs) viz

1. Full Comprehensive (which includes all parts except the nishes & consumables)
2. Normal (Which includes only normal wear and tear parts)
3. O & G (Oil and Grease replenishment)

In all the three types above, 'Monthly Preventive Maintenance', 'Annual Equipment survey (along
with safety tests)' and 'Breakdown Services' are included.

Elevators are considered the 'life line' of any building and poor maintenance of elevators can prove
to be fatal at times. Therefore we at 'EMCO', ensure that elevator always runs in safe condition,
assuring customer safety.
