Nurse 1 : “Good morning sir. My name is nurse oktaviola . I’m nurse in this hospital. What’s you name

Patient : “my name is mr. bukhori”

stomach and he unconfortable with his condition.

Doctor ; okay, I see how much his hurt scale ?

N1 ; his hurt scale is 5 from 1 until 10

Doctor : okay I think his have comfortable diagnosis of pain. We should give analgetic medication for
reduce the his pain, give medicine anti inflammation for prevent infection. And train him for sit in his
bed for motion exercise.

N1 : okay, I will give medicine and train him.

Doctor : ok, I will back to tomorrow for check patient condition.

N1 : oke doc.

N1 : nurse , please you give this medicine for mr.Bukhori , this is analgesic. Give this medicine by IV, you
