Water –Interior water fixtures
Reduce the water demand by choosing efficient fixtures such as dual flush toilets (4.5/3 LPF) ,Urinal
(0.5 LPF), Kitchen sink (4.5 GPM) Hand wash basins (2.5 LPM) and Shower (8.0 LPM)
Also, all water fixtures shall be fitting with smart controls.
Provide water supply layouts indicating the flow rates and flush rates for the proposed fixtures.
1. Selection of Fixture Units complying the requirements shall be provided in the architectural
report / schedule.
2. Noted, drawing will be shared to you as per the agreed date of submission.

Air conditioning / Fires suppression equipment’s

Project shall select the CFC Free HVAC equipment and fire suppression systems to reduce negative
impact on ozone depletion.
Installations of HVAC and refrigeration equipment shall contain refrigerant with zero ODP or less than
100 GWP (Global Warming potential). Also, insulation products shall have maximum GWP of 5 .
Provide equipment schedules indicating the type of refrigerant /fire suppression system used.

1. Noted, type of refrigerant will be indicated on the equipment design drawing. The drawing will be
submitted as per the committed date.

2. We do not have Fire suppression system in this design.

3
1. Air cooled chiller with CoP of 3.1 for the exhibition areas, for the shop areas VRF system with
an CoP of 3.4.
2. Chilled water system with FCU’s and AHU’s
3. The energy recovery system shall handle at least 50% of exhaust air and be able to recover at
least 70% sensible load.
1. Provide detailed HVAC- AC and Ventilation floor plans in AutoCAD format.
1. Noted, will select the equipment with higher COP / EER.

2. DX AHUs will be designed for the complete pavilion building, there is no Chillers for this project.

3. The Energy Recovery System for this project is worthless for this design as the quantity of exhaust
air is only ……..lps and the approximate payback period would be …….. years. Therefore we do not
recommend to include this system in our design.
2. Provide equipment schedules indicating the parameters as mentioned under concept design
consideration.
1.The detailed drawing indicating the schedule of equipment will be submitted as per the committed
date.

3. Provide ventilation fresh air calculation as per ASHRAE 62.1-2013 standard template.
1.The parameters will be provided in the design report and the same will be submitted as per the
committed date.

4. Provide exhaust heat recovery calculations.

4.The Energy Recovery System for this project is worthless for this design as the quantity of exhaust
air is only ……..lps and the approximate payback period would be …….. years. Therefore we do not
recommend to include this system in our design.
