Reports to: Team Leader

Purpose of Position:
To address all the Associate requests on live calls and Emails. Ensure that the issues raised are
resolved accurately and in time, in the first instance with very minimal back and forth with the
associate.

Key responsibilities:
1. He/she is responsible for resolving issues related to the associates on rolls with team Lease
2. Should be capable of handling queries related to payroll, compensation and other staffing related
raised by the associates on mails and calls.
3. Is responsible for coordinating with all internal departments (as and when required) to ensure the
associate issue is resolved satisfactorily.
4. Is responsible for completing the given targets on a daily basis (number of issues resolved) and
updating the daily tracker accordingly.

Qualification/Skills:

Academics: Min – Graduation (preferably B.Com)


Experience: Around 2 years + (same or relevant field), preferably from service industry.

Competencies and skills:


1. Very good communication skills
2. Typing speed should be good (min – 30wpm)
3. Should be multilingual (English, Hindi and any 2 local language apart from mother
tongue)
4. Should have sound analytical skills
5. Should be a decision taker when the situation demands it
6. Should be proactive in resolving issues.

Additional skills and qualification required:


1. A HR member who has done payroll processing would be good.
